Welcome to UNKNWN MEAL PREPS. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Our services are intended for use by adults. By placing an order, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

2. Ordering and Payment

• Ordering Window: Orders must be placed between Monday and Friday until 5:00 PM. No orders are accepted outside of this window.
• Minimum Requirements: All orders must meet our minimum plate requirements (currently 5 plates).
• Payment: Payments are processed strictly through ATH Movil. By confirming an order, you agree to pay the total amount displayed, including applicable taxes and pickup location fees shown at checkout.

3. Pickup

UNKNWN MEAL PREPS provides weekly meal pickup at designated meetup locations. Pickup is not door-to-door delivery. You must select a pickup location during checkout and collect your order at the assigned location on the scheduled pickup day. Sunday pickup services begin after 12:00 PM unless otherwise communicated.

4. Text Messages (SMS)

By providing a mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in (for example, by checking the SMS box on our website), you agree that we may send you text messages related to our service. Messages will identify the sender as UNKNWN MEALPREP.

• Order confirmations: If you opt in during checkout, we may send a confirmation text for that specific order.
• Registered customer messages: If you create an account and enable SMS notifications on your profile, we may send recurring service messages such as new menu announcements and reminders about the weekly order deadline.
• Guest orders: Checking out as a guest and opting in to an order confirmation does not enroll you in recurring weekly SMS messages.
• Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• Opt-out / Help: You can decline SMS confirmations during checkout or disable recurring SMS notifications in your profile settings. You may also reply STOP to cancel messaging or reply HELP for help. You may contact us to update your preferences.
• Privacy: Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

• Cancellations: All orders are final. Cancellations will not be accepted. Please review your order carefully before submission.
• Changes: If a plate was chosen by mistake, the customer must call in during the ordering window (Monday through Friday until 5:00 PM) to request a change. Price differences may apply and are subject to owner approval.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment, unless the owner agrees otherwise.

No cancellations, changes or refunds may be issued unless explicitly approved by the owner.

6. Allergies and Food Safety

While we take care to accommodate notes regarding allergies, UNKNWN MEAL PREPS operates in a kitchen that may contain allergens. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Puerto Rico, Broadway Gastro Bar LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
