This Privacy Policy explains how Chayane Diaz Suarez ("we," "our," or "us"), doing business as UNKNWN MEAL PREPS, collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when using our meal prep ordering service at unknwnmealprep.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to process your orders and communicate with you, including:

• Contact Information: Name and phone number.
• Account Information (optional): If you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and password (stored in encrypted form). You may also save a preferred pickup location, order notes, and SMS preferences on your profile.
• Order Details: Pickup location, meal selections, portion preferences, allergy information, order notes, order totals, payment status, and ATH Movil transaction reference numbers.
• SMS Preferences: Whether you opt in to receive text messages. For each order, you may choose whether to receive an SMS order confirmation. If you have an account, you may separately choose whether to receive recurring service text messages (such as new menu announcements and order deadline reminders).
• SMS Logs: When we send or attempt to send a text message, we store the recipient phone number, message type, message content, delivery status, and related timestamps in our system.
• Transaction Data: We do not collect or store your ATH Movil login credentials or full payment card details. Payments are processed through the ATH Movil payment platform.
• Technical Data: Standard session cookies used to maintain your order while you browse and check out.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process, confirm, fulfill, and support your meal prep orders.
• Send order-related text messages when you opt in, such as order confirmations and pickup reminders.
• Send recurring service text messages to registered customers who opt in, such as announcements when a new weekly menu is posted and reminders about the weekly order deadline.
• Allow you to look up an order using your order number and phone number.
• Operate, secure, and improve our website and ordering service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third-party advertisers.

Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your phone number only with service providers that process messages on our behalf (such as Twilio) to deliver texts you have opted into.

3. Text Messages (SMS)

Text messages from us will identify the sender as UNKNWN MEALPREP.

• Order confirmations: If you check the SMS confirmation box during checkout, we may send a one-time confirmation text for that order to the phone number you provide. Guest checkout does not subscribe you to recurring marketing or weekly reminder texts.
• Registered customer messages: If you create an account and enable SMS notifications on your profile, we may send recurring service messages such as new menu announcements and Thursday reminders that the order window closes Friday at 5:00 PM.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your orders and notification preferences (typically a confirmation when you order, plus occasional menu and deadline reminders if you opt in as a registered customer).
• Carrier charges: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: You can decline SMS order confirmations during checkout. Registered customers can turn off recurring SMS notifications at any time in profile settings. You may also reply STOP to any text to cancel, or reply HELP for help. You may contact us using the information below to update your preferences.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate our service:

• ATH Movil: To process payments when you complete checkout.
• Twilio: To send SMS text messages you have opted into. Twilio processes your number solely to deliver those messages and does not receive your number for its own marketing.
• Hosting providers: To store and run our website and order data securely.

These providers process information on our behalf to deliver the services described in this policy. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use.

5. Data Retention

We retain customer order data for a maximum of two (2) years for business record-keeping and performance analysis. SMS message logs are retained as part of our service records for a similar period unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. After this period, data is securely deleted when practicable.

6. Cookies

We use standard session cookies strictly necessary to maintain your shopping cart and order process during your visit.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, which is stored on secure infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices

• You may choose not to create an account and order as a guest.
• You may opt out of SMS order confirmations during checkout.
• You may reply STOP to any text message to cancel SMS, or reply HELP for help.
• Registered customers may update phone number, pickup location, notes, and SMS preferences in their profile.
• Registered customers may delete their profile from the account settings page. If you delete your profile, your past orders remain associated with the name and phone number provided at checkout so you can still look them up.
